CalTex Capital, LLC is a single-family investment office engaged in making direct private equity and credit investments in early stage and middle market companies in the U.S. and abroad. The firm also provides advisory services to companies and senior management teams in the areas of capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, business strategy, financial management, and operations.

Our Approach

CalTex Capital works with investment banks, regional intermediaries, co-investors, private equity firms, high net worth family offices, and senior management teams to source and execute transactions. We invest private debt and/or equity capital, to complete buyout transactions, provide growth capital, or recapitalize a company’s balance sheet. CalTex Capital also works directly with senior management teams to advise on capital raising initiatives, business strategy, financial management, and operations.
