Forrest Reynolds formed CalTex Capital, LLC as a vehicle to provide private capital and corporate advisory to emerging and middle market companies located in the United States and certain regions abroad.

Mr. Reynolds has over thirty years of business, finance, investment, and management experience. Over the course of his career, he has advised numerous leading public and private companies across a broad range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, media, entertainment, healthcare, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, traditional and alternative energy, natural resources, real estate, and gaming.

Prior to forming CalTex Capital, Mr. Reynolds served as Chief Restructuring Officer for Centaur Gaming, LLC. In that capacity, he managed a $1.0 billion Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. Prior to that, Mr. Reynolds spent more than fourteen years in investment banking, holding various positions with several multinational financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, BT Alex Brown (Deutsche Bank), and UBS. In that capacity, Mr. Reynolds completed more than seventy transactions totaling over $15.0 billion in value, including high-yield offerings, leveraged bank financings, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, convertible offerings, initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, private debt transactions, and private equity placements.

Mr. Reynolds currently serves as a director of Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTI) and has previously served on the boards of several privately held companies.

Mr. Reynolds graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
